Summary: "Rapid Charge"? Not on mine.

Comes with two black USB to mini USB cable, a USB to 12 V DC cigarette lighter adapter and a USB-to-door US-120VAC adapter. Works as advertised, with a large and important exception. If you are tempted to buy it because it advertises that it has "rapid charge technology," skip. How quickly the Kindle fees is determined by the power control chip in a limited, not, as evidenced by the cable. After trying for two consecutive days, this charger takes the same amount of time to empty out my DX Kindle that Amazon is included charger for free. Buy this if you are both a spare battery charger and a car charger want at a discount price. Buy the stand-alone car charger, without this, if you only need the car charger. Do not buy this if what you wanted a faster way to recharge your Kindle.

Summary: Essential Kit for the Amazon Kindle

It is what it is and does what it does, and I'm glad I bought it because my daughter went home with my Kindle charger from the accident. Always good to have a replacement. Have not used the car charger, but I'm sure it does, what will make them, too. Good price for both items in a set.

Summary: Great Buy

I love the fact that you have two Kindle USB cable and a wall adapter and car adapter. If you are from other electronic devices iPod, BlackBerry, Palm device, etc. This incredibly handy. It's really great is connected to the adapter, you leave your car and you simply change the USB cable to fit onto the device. In a perfect world, all these devices would be a universal cable, but until that happens, these adapters and cords life a little easier.

I bought a Kindle for my wife as a gift and she loves it. I think it's in his hands more often than I've ever seen her with a hardcover book. It is easy to use and simply wonderful, new materials, if a book was read to load. Highly recommended

Summary: I like it...
Global Wireless.

I am a very frequent traveler and I read one book a week on the aircraft. Kindle my solution was to purchase the latest releases in hardcover. It is compact and does not take much space in my laptop bag. My eyesight is not as good as it once was, and the ability to increase the font size is an advantage for me.

The cost of books from Amazon is better than to buy them at the airport. The fact that I once read a book when I was on the road, like it on the Kindle.

Dictionary is great, excellent notations.

I have no experience with the headphones, I can not comment on that.

The negatives for me --

1) There is no light source, which surprises me. I expected that the Kindle to be done with a lighted background. Based on a clip on light buying, is added, with the light on the clip is a pain, not to mention an additional element to take with me when traveling. I have not read instead, under these circumstances.

2) It would be nicer if the picture is on / DN key softer. I find that I do quite a bit of press. A soft / light touch button would certainly be better.

3) I think the Kindle designer could have created the screen panel that maximizes the device itself will be. I bought the compact global version. The keyboard is characterized by 1 / 3 of the unit. I hardly use the keyboard. Perhaps the next generation can be a keyboard that is only displayed on the screen when a key is pressed. Well that was not cool!

4) know something, for global buyers, I do not know when I purchased it. When you buy Kindle books, the global version of the download typically costs more than if you bought it for the U.S. version.

I bought the Cole Haan leather. It is simply luxurious!

Summary: So far so good

I have this for Christmas and I'm already addicted. It is fairly easy to operate. I bought some books and that was a breeze, and it only lasted a minute. I love the opportunity to obtain a sample of the pound, so one can really say whether the book is something you really like to try. The only downside I can see is that the screen is not backlit for reading in bed, lest I disturb my hubby, lol. I informed all my family and friends about the fact that I want to Kindle pounds for all the gifts. I get a lot of books because I read a lot. No longer Worring, where I will store all my books! It can take with me everywhere! LOVE IT!

Summary: Still a little puzzled over this item
For the life of me I do not understand why this is described as an essential kit for the Kindle. It lasted not come with a car charger ... at least not mine, so it is quite simply an additional charger. I would not buy again and feel a bit cheated on this one.

Summary: This charging kit really helps you to keep your kindle charged at all times
I think it's good to ignite my free time, because I everywhere with me and with this kit, I can do just that. By using it with my original charger, it also allows me to a charger at home, in a car and into my bag (for use at work or if I at a friend, etc.), because I never go to anywhere, ignite without mine.

Summary: Works For Me
I have the car charger / charger package, I would have the option of charging my Kindle on the road, so it would be ready to go when I have reached my destination and with a second charger for the holidays, without the a move at home. I have absolutely no idea if it is not faster than the normal charger can. This was not an issue with me since I usually costs Kindle at night, if I do not use it. It seems that the charging time, in any case is not too high, and can even be faster than some other electronic items that I use.
