Rating: 4Summary: A Very Good Cover and Case
Like many others I spent a considerable amount of time researching different covers for my Kindle 2. I settled on this cover by default in that I was scared away by reviews of other types of covers and holders that make use of clips attached to the side of the cover/holder and which seem to crack the Kindle after a period of time. The Latitude makes use of 4 elastic straps that secure the corners of the Kindle 2 within the cover/holder. Thus far (after about 2 weeks of use), the straps remain secure as does the Kindle. I have had no problems with the zippers catching on the corners of the Latitude as expressed by some reviewers. Again, perhaps with the passage of time and product revisions, this is no longer an issue. The inside is felt-like and well padded to protect the Kindle; the Latitude does provide the user with the ability to open it and use it like a book, or the user can fold the cover such that one part of the cover is behind the other, again for ease of reading and use. I do like the two-zipper design that allows the user to keep the cover in a mostly closed position but open at the bottom so as to be able to charge the Kindle with the cover completely closed. As expressed by some others, the outside zipper pocket can hold the AC power cord and with some arranging the actual AC plug. However, inserting the plug in this pocket does cause a bulge on the outside of the cover. This is the reason I gave the Latitude 4 stars.

Rating: 3Summary: Almost Perfect
The cover features a soft lining and reinforced sides to protect the inflamed from scratches. In addition, the all-around zipper keeps out dust and sand. The small bag cover for the USB cable is ideal, but if the charger as well, it is bulky.
The attatchment solution for the M-edge e-Luminator2 Kindle Book Light (Fits 6 "display, Latest-generation Kindle) is not really the best thing I've ever seen. All the other M-Edge Covers provide space for the light in the" fold rest "between the two sides. Not so with the latitude. is it in a pocket on the back of the lid, where they are either damaged or lost.

Rating: 4Summary: Attractive protection for Kindle
This is an attractive, wellmade product that protects my Kindle, without adding unnecessary bulk. I was planning initially, a leather, but the zipper on the M-edge seemed convenient for the frequent travel makes my readers in my lunch-and-all-other dead leaves, never by my side.

Rating: 5Summary: Attractive, Functional and Durable
Great value. The only change I would like to see is a large storage section. The power cord fits but seems a bit tight.

Rating: 5Summary: better than leather case
This is the perfect case for the Kindle is much lighter than the leather one from Amazon and holds the light securely without the hook, which damaged my first Kindle. It is a good case.

Rating: 3Summary: Color comment - navy
2010 February, when rcv'd today: The case is really Navy Marine. Not a black and navy, not by sea-blue like on the web image today. It is a "navy flannel blazer gray with a mean edge.

Rating: 4Summary: Does the job!
I like this cover for my Kindle a lot. The light gray part is getting dirty, but overall it works very well.

Rating: 5Summary: Excellent Kindle Jacket
This jacket fits perfectly, it protects the Kindle, and looks very stylish too.The color is slightly different from the picture (the blue is a bit darker), and the materials feel very high quality. Overall I am very happy with the product.

Rating: 4Summary: Extensive Review Recommends The Latitude
After more than an hour reading reviews of all cases of new-generation Kindle, I chose this product in this color. The zipper does not roll smoothly around the corners. Medgen I called customer service and received no specific remedy other than try it for a week. Use it to loosen up. On closer inspection I see that there is elasticity in the strap of the zipper. Gentle pulling on the belt releases the zipper, so it slides easily around the corners. After this issue resolve, I love everything about the model. I take off a star because I would not have to manipulate the zipper I work, so it properly.

Rating: 4Summary: Fits the bill
The bags are really too small and too narrow to load the adapter and cable, not included unsightly bulges in the case. And I do not feel comfortable with the adapter down on my Kindle. But they are good for holding credit cards, lists, and misc. Article. Unlike the case is sturdy and protects definitely my Kindle which is all I really wanted. Also perfect for my M-edge clip light.
The navy color is not blue, that it appears in the picture.

Rating: 4Summary: Good Product
Overall I'm happy with this case. I was concerned about the zipper is on too tight around the corners, but I have no problem. I love the fact that I do not have to take them out of the case to use the Kindle. My only problem with it is the storage compartment. I agree with the others, that the power cord and adapter do not fit as good as I want it.

Rating: 4Summary: Good protection for great price
Fits my Kindle 2 wonderful and I will not at any harm if I throw it in my wallet to worry! :-) The Kindle fits and firmly on the inside and can be kept from falling out in any direction without fear. The zippers can stick a little, but it is not too difficult to maneuver. I wish the outside of the bag had a little more space because they connect the USB cable does not fit the AC adapter. All in all for the price and the protection, if your looking for a sleek jacket that number fits the bill!

Rating: 5Summary: Great case for harsher users!
When I bought my Kindle, I knew I wanted to get immediately to a case with him. I knew I would transport to and from work in my pocket, and it did not want to get scratched.
I knew I did not get a cover of a (such as the leather sold an Amazon) because I removed a lot of things in my bag to and from work, will leave to my Kindle to my seat in my car, it will use in a Lake House, etc. Basically, my Kindle goes places with me, it reads not just sit on a coffee table in between. So I wanted a case to cover the complete and would protect my Kindle, if it is not used. I wanted it protected from dust or crumbs and a small cushion. I did not want a case either because I felt it would bring me more at risk of a fall in revenue from the sleeve (I can not tell you how many times I drop my iPod or cell phone, take or leave it set again in it's sleeve.
This case does not disappoint. The zippers are sturdy and the case has enough pad to keep the Kindle safe. It offers maximum protection, without much volume. I love the fact that with a little trickery, I can remain open with the flip open and zip it so, and I must not keep the lid side or have it dangling. The Kindle can be made with the cover on account, so it is never unprotected.
The pictures they show are a bit misleading, so let me clarify a few things .... You see the cover with a light .... there is a slot for the M-Edge Light, but it fits outside the cover, so that your light is not protected, while the cover is closed. They also show the charger in the front pocket will be saved. This could happen, but it is not practical. It would be good for the transport of the charger to the Kindle, but I do not want to read with the Kindle the bulk of the charger into the breast pocket. This will also prevent you zipping it open, as I said above. These options were not important for me, so I do not take any stars, but if these (especially the light, how many people or do you need a fairly often) important to you, this may not be the case for you. I feel like this is a case that offers more than a cover for more active users, or harder, so if you are, you would probably want that your light in the case as well.
The bottom line is, I bought this with the hope of a strong, sturdy case that my Kindle to be protected, while not in use, but one that would not get in the way while I was with him and I'm really happy!

Rating: 5Summary: Great Cover
I love this cover for my Kindle! It keeps the m-edge lighting perfect, and not too bulky, so I can still carry my Kindle in my bag if I need to. I love that they back on itself for better handling and wrinkles, and must keep a convenient storage pocket to the power cord. This is an all around great cover!

Rating: 5Summary: Great Cover and Protection
I Got a Kindle as a gift from my husband for Valentine's Day. Shortly after I ordered that the M-Edge Latitude Kindle Jacket. I chose this particular cover, because I like the fact that I can zip it closed down by my Kindle. Its very light weight, zips easily and the color was pretty close to what is shown here. In the packaging was a cushion insert. I have it and use it as added protection, if not my Kindle is in use. The cover fits my Kindle perfect and the design holds my Kindle fully protected. There are two pockets on the back of the lid. Smaller at the head of the M-Edge keeps reading light. I havent figured out what the other for himself. The zipper on the front are for holding the charger. Its a tight fit when I plug into the socket on the adapter, but if I now and save only the USB part can fit it well. I think that this is the only major fault in the design of the cover. I Would not feel the need to bring the charger when I go on a trip, so I usually use the pocket when I'm traveling. I am very happy happy with my M-Edge Latitude Jacket and feel it was worth the money, so my Kindle protected.

Love this cover. It allows me to carry the charger and has a place for each book light. Everything I need is right.

Rating: 4Summary: Great for Everyday Use!
I bought this case along with my Kindle 2 for about 2 weeks. I am very happy with the case that I bought and I have found it to be what I expected satisfied.
The best thing about this case is the ability to open the lid for reading and zip back to the open part. This allows you to make the Kindle into the cover, as you read and streamlines the experience. It's so nice not on the left side of the case have hanging there - an advantage over many other cases.
The zipper stuck, as it makes the turn around the corners of the Kindle, but it works zip without much effort. I believe that bonding is the result of the preparation of the case comfortably and securely around the Kindle. While the USB / AC adapter does not fit in your back pocket as pictured, I also found that the adapter does not fit in the front zipper of the case without difficulties. The gray panel on the front of the housing is of a different material from the Navy with blue canvas. The route leaves room for the adapter, but add a small amount of bulk material. With thoughtful placement of the lid can still warp back without moving the case to be zipped.
I would definitely recommend this case, someone looking for a basic everyday case.

Rating: 4Summary: Great kindle cover, would buy it again (though no storage space)
I bought the M-Edge Latitude case for my Kindle 2 after reading many reviews, and after 4 weeks I am fully satisfied. It's exactly what it claims to be - a rugged, sharp eyes, accessible Kindle case. Zippers give easy access and allows recharging while the lid is closed, and the front cover folds all the way back to reading. The elastic corner tabs hold the Kindle, one could shake the very strong case, and the Kindle does not fall out.
Only 2 drawbacks that I see for this case: storage pockets in the front and back are more decorative than functional, so if you're looking to save the USB adapter or other accessories with the Kindle all the time, You should choose a different cover. Even the cover is ultimately fabric reinforced (ie, forming layers of nylon / microfiber with firm cardboard or plastic in the ceiling and provide robustness), it is not tin, so it will not protect your Kindle sack with a sharp stick.

Rating: 5Summary: great protection
This is one of the best products I have ever bought to protect my Kindle. Now I can put it in my purse and have no fear that something will scratch or get confused.

Rating: 4Summary: I like it..
This cover looks nice, fits well and provides good support for my K2. The gray area of the front zippered pocket is flexible and allows me, my AC adapter & cable, without undue pressure to bear against the Kindle. Two-zip design lets me work with my cable without removing the case and allow the folding back the front cover, while I read. It also fits in the inside pocket of my parka.
I carry my Kindle not everywhere, but I like it when I expect to wait in the doctor's office or DMV line! The width will not stop damage from a direct blow or tires, but it should give adequate protection against a short fall, and wear / scratches from everyday use.

Rating: 5Summary: I like my kindle jacket!
I like my M-Edge Latitude Kindle Jacket. It's good for the trip. You can do it every day at home. He holds the ignition but it is safe and easy to use - do not add much weight. It offers plenty of room for cables and stuff to save.
=== Review #23 ===
Rating: 4Summary: I like the Latitude, mostly...
This cover fits well with the ignition. I give it four stars, but because it does not fit into the Kindle power very well. You go in, but you must really things there - would be better if the outer bag was a malleable material to work. I ordered the e-Luminator, which is not reached, but we'll see how well that if all three works in their seats - as it seems, a very, very comfortable fit.
I like that cover light and durable. I've had no problems extracting the ceiling around the Kindle. This product is not water and sucks the water. I know this because I have been bad luck if the envelope was left in a small puddle of water and it was wet, the fleece lining. It was in water overnight (my bad), so I do not consider it against the product - Just an FYI, if you are looking for something more waterproof.

Rating: 5Summary: Just Right
My 13-year-old has a Kindle and the M-Edge Latitude Jacket Kindle for Christmas. Always read again, so she totes the Kindle in the case of back and forth to school every day and toting it everywhere and sleeps with her. So far, the jacket is very durable and has kept up their constant use. I like the fact that there are no hinges and I do not worry about her Kindle crack, as I have read so many reviews on other cases and jackets. The outside of the case seems to be holding up well too. I did not notice any dirt or shows signs of wear. I would have liked the corner straps that had a little more flexibility, but they seem to do the work. She has little memory of the charger. Overall I am very happy with the purchase of content.

This institution works for me. Easy to use and protect the Kindle. Storage of light is good. The storage room for the charger could be roomier, but it is sufficient. Overall I am very happy with it.

I did not cover anything fancy - just a Kindle, that protects the item. This fits the bill.

Rating: 4Summary: Kindle cover works
This cover does a great job to protect the Kindle. It can be charged while still in the coverage and easy to zip and unzip. be especially useful when traveling on the plane, as it stood on the drop table. It's a little hard to hold without some support, but that is small. The only thing that is very convenient that the flexible cable in the stores outside pocket.

My Kindle fits well. I like that it's small, but permanent. I wanted not a bunky jacket this one is so perfect.

Rating: 4Summary: Kindle M-Edge Jacket
This cover fits great! It protects my Kindle fully. It is bright and attractive. It does not have much space, but suppose it would be too large if it's done. The only thing I want is when they had little handles to carry it with. The color (blue) is great because it is not easy to ground. I'm glad I bought it, although a little expensive.

Rating: 4Summary: Latitude Jacket - Portable, but...
This is a great product if you have a Kindle second Easy to use, the Kindle holds two safe, plus it zips closed for added security during travelng. I bought it because it is specifically compatible with the M-Edge illuminator, one of the top rated e-book reading lights on the web. However, it will not travel with the light of how well it went, as the bag is light on the outside, as one of them on the "gooseneck" part in a bag is not really deep enough to fit stuff. The result is a much bulkier device then I had expected.
My only complaint is that other's pockets are placed on the outside into account as storage for the Kindle 2 free cables and connectors are used, but again they are not deep enough and you end up with many bulges.
Overall, I give the unit 4 stars because it does, what it should do, namely protect my 2nd Kindle I just want to store the bags have been better thought out.

Rating: 5Summary: Love this case
I recommend this case. He holds the Kindle fully enclosed, that is, it is well protected. I also like that I can leave it in the case read. The reviews I read were very helpful, but I did add a few things. I have no problems with the zip around the corners like some people have noticed. I do not know if they have updated the MDSE. Based on the feedback, or if I had only luck, but the zippers are moving very smoothly. As far as the cord wrapping I am agree that the adapter does not fit very well. However, the battery life on the Kindle is long enough that I do not as often as the charging cable is not really necessary. I just returned from a week's vacation and my Kindle is still more than half the battery left.
I love my case and I hope that this will be reviewed and any other help.

Rating: 5Summary: M-Edge Latitude Kindle Jacket
This jacket is well designed for the Kindle2. I am in a position to the charger and USB cable and the optional light source to store. Fold the cover for easy reading. The jacket provides protection for the Kindle and make it easy to take when traveling.

Rating: 5Summary: My Kindle's jacket
The m-edge cover width is large. It is light, padded, but bulky and Kindle 2 fits right into her. The double zipper makes it even better, there is no need ever to remove the Kindle from its cover 2, you simply adjust the zippers and the charger plug into the slot. I love it. The m-edge cover has stain-resistant, because I take it everywhere: my breakfast table, restaurants, parks, there is virtually pockebook in my life, it still looks brand new. I would recommend it to anyone.

Rating: 5Summary: over all it's one of the best
Fist thing you should know is not the charger dose does not fit in the front pocket, but the type of headphones that fit around the ears just fits in well! And that's more than you can say about other stretches. I like what is best about this cover, it only looks good, not cheap or a show-off $ 100 cases. In the back there is a strong case, on a light reading fit in so you do not need to ignite it on your terminal. Also, at first with some difficulty as it is easy to do it, you can zip up the back (not the whole way, of course) so that it looks like your company ignite spontaneously.

I am very happy with this jacket for my Kindle. I saw that others were leater book covers .. I thought they were nice. However, I was taking over my Kindle on vacation, where I would be worried by the pool or beach. This jacket is great because it zippers so that sand is not I'm logged in can get very happy with it!

Rating: 5Summary: Perfect Product
I love the jacket, which I bought for my Kindle. The fit is perfect and I like the "feel" it in my hands. It works great and has just enough to accommodate small storage compartments my light and headphones. Great product!

Rating: 5Summary: Pleased with the cover but don't expect tons of storage
The lid is pretty much what it is to be in the picture. The material is fairly robust account. It's easy. The soft interior protects against scratches. This case is unlike the tours sleeves by m-edge, unpack the extent that the case can be bent back on itself. It also has the four corner holder. The zippered compartment is not the deal, but it is there and has not for the masses. The lower part of the bag has various color (the blue case, it is gray) is actually a type of spandex fabric stretches of the species. I have not tried it yet, but it can fit it easier for a plug. I am satisfied. I wish it came in several colors for the ladies.

Rating: 2Summary: Poor Corner Straps
Really hyped to get this protection, but was very disappointed when I finally got it. Exterior was very nice (dark blue, not royal / medium blue in the picture), but the real trick was left of the corner straps. All images showed the straps hold fairly, and most of the reviews also said so. But the product that I have received two of four very twisted straps and away from the Kindle, if it was inserted into the case. Tried repositioning zippering to open the case, but it has not helped. At one point, when they try to make the adjustments, the Kindle slid right into my lap. I'm back at this product and looking for an alternative solution.

Rating: 5Summary: Something really good !!!
We have our daughter a new Kindle in thanks for a wonderful job they did when my wife was in hospital. She loved him (she had one of the older models before). But, it would be their old bag does not fit, or something, so I asked what would fit. She looked and said, this looks like a good online, they received an extra Thank You Gift:) She loves it. It looks great, it fits its new tool, etc., etc. I can no details but the summary statement that "she loved it" really convey what she thinks of this product.
