Summary: A bit stiff at first
M-Edge an interesting products for the Kindle! This was expected, especially after I had bought a similar cover my Kindle 1st Nice padded leather interior with a good microfiber. It is a bit stiff, especially if you want to read with the lid bent back, but it was nice to use with loosening.

Summary: A good choice for when you need to use a light

I bought this cover for my Kindle 2, because I wanted to use the m-edge light if I want places that are dark) (restaurants and read. Previously I had with the Amazon-branded leather.

The construction quality is good and has the new leather smell. Inserting the Kindle to the first bracket is a little difficult because the furniture is kept close by the leather. This is not a bad thing, because this leather a little loose with age and is not too tight.

The light also fits comfortably in its designated slot. I had first tried to insert the light and then the Kindle, but it was too difficult. Inserting the Kindle and then the light was much simpler.

He was on the cover behind the folds of the Amazon will be branded using leather, I have tried to cover the same with this. I'm sorry to say that it is simply not possible and the only reason that the test does not get five stars. Through the construction of a (relatively) thick outer leather to cover a (relatively) thick stitched suede inner lining, the outer shell bulges too much when you try to return it worked. I have finally given up.

Use the cover without folding it back, but was not as difficult as I had expected. One of my reading of common positions in bed lying on his back propped up with Kindle on my chest. I could stick to the top of the cover with the left hand side and the machine-forward button with the left thumb, so all was well.

Overall this is a good quality cover. The tab is, if anything, is somewhat flexible, but with practice is easy to insert fully into the slot to keep the lid closed.

I think most people are happy with this cover, if they do not need to fold again have the feeling when reading.

Summary: A great first Kindle cover

This is a good cover for the Kindle.

I received the Kindle cover, and compatible e-Luminator light as a gift. The lid has a soft feel inside and out, and I have not noticed, loose seams everywhere.

It uses the hinge slots in the Kindle for the reader in the castle, and the two corner straps to secure it firmly in place. It does not slide or feel loose at all, and the corners do not get in the way you read. My only concern is that the elastic part of the corner straps or stretch could dissolve over time, but it is too early to make a real worry.

The ease of use rating is only 4-of-5 from me because of the closure strap. 4 is still a good rating, but it just takes a little more effort to close it securely in its slot, that would be a magnetic snap and store for. This is really just nitpicking.

When I read, I did it best (for me) on the front of the lid all the way back under the fold of the closure strap ignite folded between the front and back to get it out of his way. Since the cover is made of leather, I have no intention of cracks in the folding points to not worry.

I say this is a good first cover, for it is a fairly standard design, and you can not really go wrong with him. Once you've had your Kindle for a while, and more precisely measure your reading habits with her, you may decide you need something more specialized, like an All Weather Cover or sleeve.

All in all, I recommend covering them.

Summary: Best of the Best
After reading many reviews, I settled on this one. I've had zero problems Turn the back cover and plant ... not too stiff. Especially as the sliding shutter and it is not too hard, it seems to me ... While reading it I lift my Kindle slightly and insert it between the back and the Kindle. I bought the screen protectors and a clear "skin" (you need to make a few slits careful to get it on the jacket hangs with the skin, but no real problem. Also Bought gooseneck light works like a charm .... .. I have had no problems, they move into or out of the slot, but do not really ... just turn over gooseneck to the light ... perfect for the position of reading in bed. All in all I'm reading more and enjoy it!

Summary: Better than expected!
After reading the other reviews, I was worried that I have read proceeded difficulties with this one, when I worked the front to the rear. And actually, when I first came, it was stiff and hard to fold back. Worse, the hinge did not take it right - the cover behind the front again extended to the right.

But then I realized that I could force it properly with a little effort, I can establish that the switch in a line, how could I have wanted. It is made of leather, after all. Now is the perfect lines, and I just love it. The closure may occur between the front and back covers are folded ... This was a problem for me at first until I figured it out. I have several people ask me about it had during the trip. I'm sure I've sold a couple only by the very positive comments.

So if you use this one, you are not afraid to abuse it a little to get it how you want to hinge.

I love the strong damping and the quality of cover that feeling. I love the pockets in the front to cover. I put my boarding pass and a few sticks of chewing gum into them - I travel a lot. This case, together with the light, make the Kindle better, and the money is worth. I think it was money well invested.

Summary: Can't Have It All...
The Prodigy is well made, solid and a good way to protect the Kindle.

The Prodigy is not the best jacket for someone to have a compact design and a cover that completely backflips without added bulk values. (Ie through the thickness and rigidity of the bond, the crossover between the front and back) when you flip the front cover to read is not lying flat on the back. The result is total) (too thick, not equal to the sum of two parts (front and back). Does that make sense?

After my wife 2nd Kindle Generation are used with the very basic Amazon jacket I loved the compactness of the design when reading mirrored. That being said, I understand completely that you are decide what you value and recognize that the compromise, a fact of life.

So, I'm looking for M-edge alternatives that will protect, provide impetus and a leaner presence in the reading position.

Conclusion: well-made quality leather jacket that be perfect for many, but I will not. Kudos to M-Edge for a wide range of colors, materials and designs.

Summary: Definitely Satisfied
I was just looking for a lid decided to "house" my Kindle and has the look and price right to purchase the M-Edge Prodigy. I am definitely satisfied with the purchase. Looks very beautiful and have no problems with moving the Kindle had. Only drawback is that it takes a few days / weeks in the cover to break - if you want it back under the fold Kindle for easy reading. Overall - great buy.

Summary: Disappointed After Six Months
I have the M-Edge Prodigy Kindle Cover 2 six months ago and have enjoyed or consume every day since then. I do not think that I have a particularly heavy user - I read the New York Times daily and one book per week - so I was surprised when I noticed that the register holds the lid closed, has developed fatigue cracks. The cracks have appeared exactly at the point when the internal stiffness of the material, and will undoubtedly lead to the tearing tab completely in time - defeating the purpose of this special cover - you keep the cover closed in a fall. I do not know how to do it for you, but I expect more durability from a product that costs $ 44.99.

Summary: Great Accesory for Kindle
This is an outstanding product. If you buy the companion "Night Light", it is a complete package. It makes the Kindle easy to use. A nice little thing about you when the "staple" to leave open, you can see that in your Kindle. When closed you have it switched off. Works for me.

Summary: Great Case.
At first I thought this case was expensive. Then I got it in the mail and decided it was worth the money. When I first bought the Kindle I if I had a screen protector, a scratch protector, and a case.

That was not the case (no pun intended). The Prodigy Jacket is an amazing case, adds just the perfect amount of weight to feel the Kindle like a book. Has pockets on the inside, and has a soft cloth that internal Kindle protects against scratches. The leather is also some of the finest quality of leather I have seen in one case.

Overall I am very satisfied. The only thing that this case would make perfect when she is part of an integrated reading lamp ... I cannot man can dream he?

I have this cover for my Kindle, because I wanted a cover with a strap so that it is closed. It is very easy to use and fits into my bag for traveling too. Nice quality. The only drawback is that the front door is not really very well retaliate. My daughter has to meet the Kindle, which is made from amazon and the front flap folds back easily. I love this cover tho and protects inflamed my very well.

Summary: I searched the world over...

After receiving my Kindle 2 from my wife in July, I have plagued the Internet in search of the "perfect" cover for my Kindle. While this is not the one I originally I wanted to finally, because it is a bit cheaper. I also wanted a cover with pockets on the inside. The M-Edge Prodigy was a perfect fit. While there are some things I have not absolutely love about the cover, I did it for a week or so and now I can not imagine why I'm not a crack, used before.

Here are a few of my personal pros / cons:

Pros:

- High quality at an affordable price

- Bags on the inside

- Light Functions

- Belts and straps for securing the corner Kindle 2

- Can (outdoor rearing of the front cover of the front cover fold) behind the Kindle

- Garter

Cons:

- Buckle belt is a tight fit and takes a job to get it (back up all the way, at least initially)

- The ridge walk all the way around the cover (as I perceive it to be so secure it, it would be nice to have a flat back to writing things have)

- The carrier often slip off the corners

Overall, I love this product and look forward to carrying it out. :)

Summary: Kindle's new Digs
I am an avid reader Kindle for a while now. My work includes many long international flights and the Kindle is my escape and entertainment, while confined for hours.

When I bought my Kindle I ordered the Amazon cover, which is sufficient, but it lacks pazzaz.

Recently I had a chance, the M-Edge Prodigy Jacket (friend to see from me) and I really liked the look and feel. So I ordered it.

Needless to say, since I am a Prime member, shipping was quick and easy. The M-edge leather jacket looks beautiful and has the soft touch feeling.

The only problem I had is with the metal mounting clips (one fixed, the other spring). While flat with the Kindle in the M-edge surface have the clips on my jacket is not aligned with the slots on the Kindle, but where is the bottom. They were not 90 degrees, but bend over him. The only way she was committed to the tilting of the Kindle and then slide the bottom in turn, to the spring loaded clip and then lock into place by sliding it in the slot and with a rather difficult to achieve a lock. If you rest the brackets on the corner of Kindle, I can see that pressure is generated internally by the metal clips that could be a few cracks when excessive, lead to the Kindle, as mentioned in previous reviews.

My fix was to take on some small pliers and bend the metal clips to both, so that, if 90 degrees, parallel to the surface and in accordance with the Kindle mounting slots.

Now, the extraction of the lower spring clip and its counter part was easy, and no loads on the Kindle are.

My advice is to the makers of M-Edge, check these jackets with some kind of an instrument, to ensure that the clips to line with the slots on the Kindle.

Apart from that, it's a great product. No five stars because of the bending process is required.

Summary: M-Edge Prodigy jacket for Kindle
The Prodigy Jacket for the Kindle 2 is a very nice addition to my Kindle. It protects the reader very well. The little tab to keep it closed behind the Kindle, if you can be folded after use and the lid slightly further back, to be clamped to condense more information. Add the M-edge e-book Luminator2 lamp, compact and lightweight and fits neatly into the lid, and you have a reader that can be used in all lighting conditions.

Summary: Nice Cover
We both have a Kindle. The cover makes it a little thicker, but not as normal as a book. We have different colors, so it is easier to find our own. The cover looks a little protection for the screen, and you can flip back cover to hold and read. Has little pockets on the flat for a note or something left. You can still easily secure a book light if you like. The lid has to offer some protection from pets! We have a great Pyrenees puppy that is still in the chewing stage. " We could open a door and by accident he got in and managed to find to chew the Kindle. He chewed the cover, but it was still connected to the device. He had only one bite to the corner of the Kindle. (Phew be replaced) We cover the exact same. It's kind of expensive for a chew toy but!

Summary: Nice Kindle cover
I like to cover the M-Edge Prodigy Leather Kindle that I bought for my Kindle book reader. It is very stable and looks good. I think it looks much better than the Kindle cover, which was originally made for the Kindle not () by M-edge, but about half the price. It has clips that the left side to hold the Kindle in position, and elastic straps on the right side. However, I would like the elastic straps were larger, and it ceased to be covered so they do not slip now and again. It has pushed a pocket on the inside for storage and into a bag to the M-edge e-Luminator Lamp 2 Book so you do not have a lamp on the cover of Paper Clip. This also allows the lamp close to friendly book inside the cover. If I were to buy another - I would definitely buy it again.

Summary: Not using anymore
I bought this because I would think something that Kindle was secured. I like the corner strap it closed and fastened the belt to keep the lid closed. The problem I have with me is scratching his pockets on the screen. If you look at the case, it looks like you can send business cards in their pockets. It is a good concept, but it is too bulky. It is a small scratch that I will have to live with it, but I'm not happy for the money I paid for Kindle and this jacket. I have good grades for the construction, portability and ease of use, but low marks for the functions. I could cut out the pockets, but I decided to get a different case.

Summary: Pretty but not functional

After exactly a Kindle for Christmas, I buy immediately to the preparation of a cover. This looked like it would fit my bill (leather, pockets inside, color), but it is not operational. It is difficult to fold the lid back on while reading, and the strap comes in your way. The weight of the lid also makes it bulky. I have my back.

The leather book cover provides considerably more protection for the Kindlell. When I received the Kindlell, be it the thin cover for protection and was sufficient until I deleted it. Summary: Shouldn't have a Kindle without this cover
After purchasing my Kindle, I knew I wanted to get a cover for it. Spent a few hours on Amazon in search of the best cover, reading the reviews and finally decided on this one. The thinking was the price a little high to some of the other but in relation to the receipt of this coverage is worth the money, and more.

It looks sleek, feels smooth, and the perfect fit. I have used it now for nine months and it still looks brand new, and I think a lot of Kindle! I even once and left him no damage to my coverage or my Kindle. If you are one Kindle, you should have this cover.

Summary: Too bulky, bad ergonomics

I have shortly after my Kindle, but I must say, I found it disappointing.

The fit and finish is good, but the cover is very extensive and can not be easily folded behind the Kindle, to keep him with one hand.

The other annoyance is the small loop, which is used to lock the cover closed. For keeping the lid closed it works great, but if you read your Kindle this band is always hanging out on the right side, which is quite distracting, since it directly in your reading vision.

I gave up and instead got the Cole Haan, which is fine * very * ceiling (even) twice the cost.
