When I received my Kindle by Amazon.com, I (live in the Netherlands), I do care recharged through my PC using the USB cable. That took far too long! As I searched the Internet to buy a suitable charger, in the Netherlands, for my Kindle, I could not find one, which was quite affordable. But the charger from Gomadic is really good quality for a good price. Now my Kindle is is recharged in about 2 hours! And with the extra connector, you can invite your Kindle almost everywhere!

After reading that you can not use any power to USB converter for the Kindle from mains in Australia, I ordered this International Wall / AC Charger for my mother for free. It has the charger for a little while now and have said it works great and keeps it there for faster charging than the Kindle via the USB port on your computer, so she is very happy.

I bought a Kindle for my trip to Europe and decided that this international Gomadic charger for my Kindle, I discovered only add, came with a U.S. plug. Thank God I did! The charger was shipped really fast and the different international plugs allowed me to re-read my Kindle in the various countries I visited.

This clip on light for the Kindle was very disapointing! The first disappointment was when I discovered that batteries were not included! After I rounded up 3 AAA batteries and they said I could not wait to try my new light! He recognized it 2 small lights iLuminate! I just knew that was what I had been waiting for! What disappointmnet for a big one! The lights are not as bright as a 60 watt bulb in a lamp! And the 2 barrels reflect badly on the screen so I am not a comfortable place, was able to see the light clip. Had I not thrown away my suitcase and information, I would like to pay to ship the dud back to Amazon. Love my Kindle, hate the light!

I read the review before buying this light and looks normal, no frills light. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package from Amazon and started to use the Mighty Bright - Now I'm in my new reading light and can not believe I waited so long before buying it!
Ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing is the Mighty Bright. The Mighty Bright is a great little light for the price, it is stylish, durable / robust, flexible and naturally shiny. I was, how well designed the light and was amazed at how powerful the lights. Kindle clip on my well, and it is easily adapted to find the lamp, the perfect lighting. The lamp has a groove on the top of the finger with the lamp's head gently to the left and right, have a great feature considering that (in my experience) most inexpensive lamp and only allow a firm head is use pivot you can move the neck.
The $ 20 I spent on this background has bought me hours of reading at night, in the car, a dimly lit doctor's office, everywhere. I'm not sure about receiving the products, which often excited, but I am so encouraged that I am the light now - I can read whenever I want, anywhere, anytime!
If you plopped the money to buy your Kindle in the first place, it makes sense to spend a few more bucks to get a reading lamp on. This way you are with your Kindle to the fullest whenever and wherever you want.

This light is better than I ever hoped it would. It is bright enough to cover the entire screen dx, also on the low setting. In fact, I read with him on the lowest setting. When properly adjusted, there is no screen glare. I have other reviewers comments about the problems with the m-edge coverage of the major DX-screen. While the Mighty Bright does not save in my case, m-edge (another thing which I greatly recommend it), beautiful in the pocket of my case, clip and is easily adjustable to any angle. It requires three AAA batteries, but leads to significant weight as I read none. Make sure you buy the right one for your ignited. You will not be disappointed.

I must say, this is my favorite book of the two lights that I bought for my 2nd Kindle It covers the screen) very well and with two brightness options is very helpful when I read in complete darkness in the middle (in the night. My only complaints are the neck and bulkiness. The neck is not very stable and seems to adjustments in the reading for a long time to take advantage. I'm glad that I have a cover that on the clip as it is bulky and the best light for the placement would be to cover the Home button. These are the only reason it will be a 4 out of 5 stars, but for the quality of light it will be a 5!

This is a very comfortable position to have. I take my Kindle with me wherever I go, and it is necessary to get a car charger to have to take care of my Kindle. My daughter also purchased (at Amazon, of course) not a good book cover and a nice purse makers so keep a damaged or knocked into the ground while driving. I am proud to be a Kindle. What's a car charger to check, right? I mean, you put it, it does the trick, pull it, there you have it.
Well, let's see ....
1. It is well made. It does not feel "cheap and hollow." Have you ever had a kind of Feierabend brand cell phone charger .... You know, with cheap metal parts and cheap plastic? This is not one of them.
2. Your Kindle will in fact be calculated very quickly. Well, I should point out that this point is a kind of luxury items in the sense that the Kindle takes DX loooooooooonnnnng charge is time. But there will come a time where your Whispernet on the left and the batter ran low, and you're in 8.5 hours to recharge the long journey and you lose and you want to charge again. Well, here you go.
3. The cord is no longer stretch as far, but there is really no barrier at all. My Kindle DX is easily readable on the driver's side, while plugged in - I kid, I kid ... I do not read the Kindle while driving. No, the limitation here is that if you have a power source in the front seat and you want to read while charging from the back seat, no go.
4. Be sure to strain the connection areas. Do NOT attempt to read with the cord fully stretched on. You can a) pop the cord from the power source and smack the person in the passenger seat with the blunt end or b) the risk of a break from the Kindle connection. That's a no no, you do not want to put pieces of the spinal cord adapter into your Kindle power port. (This has not happened to me, but I'm doing something like that with other electronic adapter known).
5. It is difficult for me to complain about the price, because I realized that this is an item of convenience. But with all the things that we plug in these days, I wish we did not have a host adapters have - a potential for all devices. By the time you $ 20 on your adapter for Kindle, Leapster, XM radio, cell phone, laptop, car vacuum, air pump, and rear mixer (again, I kid) You're a lot of money for a device in which instance of the Kindle DX, you will find is not used, perhaps too much.
Helpful tip: If you Label Maker Got one of these - you know, the kind that you can type in something that comes on a tape. MAKE a lable for each adapter and wrap the label on the cord, duct tape, in order to hang himself (like a small tab or flag of the page) and you'll never forget which adapter goes to which device, ever again.
Solid product, works great, does not spare the time required it, but it does what it must do it!

Rating: 5Summary: A Tad Short...But Gormadic is a Joy of a Company
This is a good product and does what I expected. Invites you to my Kindle just fine as it should. But if you want to read your Kindle while also charging in your car, you can see how I did it, that the cable a bit too short for comfort. There is nothing that can not handle it, since it is a coil, but it may take several uses to loosen up a bit. I thought I would you a bit of a heads-up about it!
All in all a very good value for the price, and I have to buy a second one for a friend, so I really recommend you do this product.
I should also mention that I love working with this company. Every time I thing of them, what it seems to me like only a few minutes LOL!, And if a product has become ... iffy, they work with you, without complaint, simply and quickly give you might help you deliver the best to ask, all from the comfort of home. I love Gomadic.

A solar charger for mobile phones and personal electronic devices is a great idea, but the product behind the size in several important respects.
Putting power: the solar charging aspect is a kind of gimmick. I think if you knew, would be in the desert still holds for hours under a scorching sun, you could on the small solar panel from a juice, but for most applications, you need to plug this thing somewhere. Unfortunately, requires that a special cable. So, if you forgot or lost the cable only in the world that it will not be possible, this battery charge fee. If you lose their power-in cable, you need to buy another by the manufacturer.
Taking power out: You also have another special cable to power in order to end this thing, because they have a female mini-USB uses the like of which I have never seen before. Normal USB to mini USB cable you will not look good. If you lose their special power-out cable, you need to buy another by the manufacturer.
Small design: I like the look of these wrong battery, but that small size, because you do not everything, unless you've mentioned above, the special cable. It is also plain to see.
Rapid Drain: The battery runs by itself very quickly, so you can not only be free and depend on it loaded when you need it.
Proposals for manufacturers: make the battery work with traditional cable for input and output figure out how to keep the battery rather a burden.
Suggestion for consumers: Take a look at the source of Xantrex Mobile Mini. There is no sun, but it is three times the cost and has a built-in mini-USB output to charge the RAZR's, etc, on the go perfectly.

I like this product. I like the fact that it will give me an extra battery for my ipod, cell phone, type etc.. It has many adapters that fit many devices. It is especially great when you are away from civilization to be for a few days.
There is a charge your devices without power and charge enter the solar power boost with the sun, another device requires a fee. A great product for emergencies (as always, come with your vehicle to a stop and realize your cell phone battery is dead)

This is a great idea for camping, hiking and) emergency kit (earthquake / storm, as you can power and charge your phone, MP3 players, handheld games, etc. They all have the common adapter except my Plantronics Bluetooth (headset will be my next, Micro USB, and also open). If you are loading from, it is also recharged solar. If some of the hikers had lost it with their cell phones they had been able to call help for the week. On long flights, it recharges the MP3 or games. Someone was thinking!

I thought my Ipod would be permanently connected to my clock radio. The battery was still sitting on a charger for the dead. I could not leave the house because they only last 5 minutes. Now, with this super handy portable charger my music is back with me. It pays off quickly from the box with the power supply and I was off and running. It kept going my Ipod while I took a long walk. The best part is when the battery is running low, I always have the sun to keep the camera.

I bought my 2nd Kindle March 2009 and months later I found the cover of the charger with cracks and peeling off a field after another, that at the moment I have an "almost naked" kindle charger. I called Kindle support and was advised to buy a new charger. I love my Kindle, I'm ready, but a new cable, but I can not understand why the insulating sheath is spoiled if this way, I was very careful with her, and Amazon is not replaced, although there are still within the warranty period. : (And you add more to my disappointment, I found out from other reviews that some people have complained about the charger and cables, replaced them as I was advised to buy a new one. Why the inconsistency in the advice given by Amazon ?

I got this power cord / adapter for my Kindle the second generation, after I had forgotten during a long journey. The line was from the same high quality and slick design as the original one, which came with my Kindle. It was frustrating package is packed by Amazon and it was free to open a children's game. The Micro-USB connector is very professional looking, but unfortunately still not Cought with most devices, it is not possible, one of my other equipment free of charge with this power supply. If you are planning a trip overseas, you may want to know that this adapter with European voltage and power settings work as well - everything you need to just an outlet adapter.

I use a lot of audio on my Kindle and it takes a lot of space. Also, by removing products, I'm done with that I had broken only rarely have enough space for a complete audio book, which are usually in two parts. I have a Kindle bought 1 and memory card, because it promoted for use with Kindle 1st I had to remove it because my Kindle kept me low memory warnings, and finally froze and when I tried to launch the Kindle with directions, it has not restarted. Only when I removed the card, I had my Kindle back to work. I would say that this is not a compatible card for use with the Kindle and I do not think that it is necessary to a memory card, as have the entire library of books still listed and available to take off and in the Amazon Library content. Do not waste your money!

I have a Kindle 1, the memory card is everything I wanted, and much more. In spite of a contribution to the contrary did, it will not be reformatted to work with my Kindle. It worked the moment when I made it, and it has not to me.
More importantly (for me), if there will be absolutely ever fail, I am sure that accessories genius promptly to any question I had quickly and professionally answered. Within a week after my purchase, they contacted me to ensure I received the card and was satisfied with his performance.
True customer service is a rare commodity in today's world, and I more than appreciate her follow-up.

Great charger, exactly what I was looking for. I needed a second charger so I thought I would try it ... it loads faster than the original Amazon charger! I ran the battery up to a half-time fee as how fast it is fully charged the Kindle. I tested it several times, the Gomadic pay each time faster. Works as advertised and they have a lifetime warranty!
