Summary: certainly not non-glare

I had just purchased a Kindle for my DX 13-year-old daughter. I got her a cover, but I wanted to give additional protection for your screen. This is good, but it is definitely a dazzling (I almost can style my hair if I keep them) to which only the right angle. It is not easy to be applied, after trying for 20 minutes, there are many small bubbles. All that aside, I'm happy with the extra protection, but I do not think I would buy them if I an adult.

Summary: It's OK, but limited .....

I'm just not a fan.

Some people have a talent for the installation of products clear how these, on smooth surfaces. I am not one of them. Normally I get a terrible time to drive the thing straight and then make sure that we do not have a bladder problem.

I will not hold my own inadequacies against this product.

It's just that I think it is a form of below-average or "protection" that is not worth the time and money. A better option is to purchase an actual cover of your choice. (http://www.amazon.com/OCTO-Splash-Proof-Amazon-Kindle/dp/B002BB68ZW/ref=pd_sim_e_5) <--- Oh look, here's one.

It is really not very difficult to cover affixed to the DX screen. There were some little "bubbly" but I could not find it too distracting.

While indicating the manufacturer / seller that is not to glare or impair the legibility of the DX, I think that a nearly accurate statement, but I can not quite agree. The screen simply does not work "look" of the same in the same light as without it. Well, that's a mistake ...

Well, it depends. The coverage is bought that I do not appear on the screen. Accordingly, the screen is a bit different because I am just by plastic. But, I'm used to it quickly. It's just not the big thing for me. For others, I think it might disturb a.

What I distrust about the product, and I'm not willing to really "test" on the product itself is exactly how much "protection" it offers actualyl.

Remember, it is to protect the screen, probably made the biggest threat - scratches.

So, I have this product over the face of a clock and threw a handful of changes, a sharp edge clip ran over her, beat her with things made of metal (spring clips, for example) and this product has held up well in . There were no signs of scratches seen on my old ones.

I think it is better not to find a product that offers protection for the entire device. SPILLS are also perpetrators of electronic effects. I remain convinced, as the current reporting on this product, that a spill will lead to the fact your Kindle DX is not in any possible harm.

Of course the screen protector does not protect the keys, etc. Something else to consider.

I can not completely knock the product for what it does not, but I say that the use is restricted. Perhaps that is enough for you, but do not make for an excellent product. I want to give it 2.5 stars, but I'm defaulting to 3, since the product is in fact exactly as announced and is easy to use - even for a Clutz fat fingers like me.

PS I do something about the term "Reusable. If you do this thing new, you will not re-use it at all. Also, as with other similar products, if things be the protectors, you will not be reused. It can be removed and reapplied, and after 10 reapplication, it was still in the room. Watch for curling corners, but if you do this repeatedly.

Summary: Just Okay

I just changed my screen protector and it is not so great. He says it is matte, and adds no luster, but it is almost reflective enough to use as a mirror. The small installation tool is not left small scratches on the whole, the protector and cleaning cloth can remove, and there are still a few bubbles. I recommend not to peel off and reinstall - the bubbles and scratches was getting worse. Good luck - I really hope that at another - preferably MADE IN CHINA AMERICA instead.

Summary: Spoils Matte Finish of Kindle's Screen

I did not dare to apply this screen protector correctly, so I took it to the mall kiosk, where I Screen Protectors nice on my phone, camera, iPod and applied. The professional could do to him, but was still a few small air bubbles visible. My main concern is that the Board's protector, the shiny finish matte finish spoils the screen of the Kindle, which makes it difficult, not without getting to the tipping-angle reflective read. I thought it only for two days before ripping it off and threw it away. It was wasted money, in my opinion. Yes, that would protect the screen from scratches and dust, as the package says, but so would a plastic bag. For me it is not a workable solution.

Kindle is a big deal about the way in which they appear so similar to reading on paper and implements, as an essential feature of their products. Putting a reflective blanket over her very special property that negated.

Summary: Too much glare, don't buy it

The installation was fairly simple. I started at the top and worked my way down slowly. It was a sticker on each side to make it easier to scrub his back. However, removal of the front label proved to be very difficult, and I had to use WD-40, to remove the gunk left behind. And it turns out, there are not two layers as I thought, there are three layers. A back that you peel, a front that you pull on the application, then the middle of "protective" layer.

At the end of the product took less than a day on my Kindle DX. The appearance was terrible. And as others have said, you can pretty much see myself well enough to shave or comb his hair. That means I had to carefully position the Kindle, without seeing, reading every light source in the room.

This product is now in my trash. Stick with the standard non-glare screen on the Kindle and respect not only to scratch, too.
