Summary: Charges faster than the original charger!

Great charger, exactly what I was looking for. I needed a second charger so I thought I would try it ... it loads faster than the original Amazon charger! I ran the battery up to a half-time fee as how fast it is fully charged the Kindle. I tested it several times, the Gomadic pay each time faster. Works as advertised and they have a lifetime warranty!

There is nothing about this fast charger.The adapter that comes with the device is at least as fast if not faster
